With 35% of the Blackheath age demographic in the 40-59 age bracket, the Mountain’s has proved popular with baby boomers looking to cash up in retirement. The second largest age demographic is the 30- 39 year olds, where we are seeing increasing numbers of young families making the move to the area looking for an affordable first home and lifestyle.
