With the house prices in Sydney soaring out of the reach of most people, more and more Sydneysiders are looking to make the tree change as an affordable lifestyle alternative. With 35% of the Blackheath age demographic in the 40-59 age bracket, the Mountain’s has proved popular with baby boomers looking to cash up in retirement. The second largest age demographic is the 30- 39 year olds, where we are seeing increasing numbers of young families making the move to the area looking for an affordable first home and lifestyle.
